Just wanted to touch base with you and see how you are doing in the transformation. I am slowly losing the weight and building muscle. I definitely see more tone on my body. Sometimes my schedule makes it difficult to do all the things I want. Thank goodness Jason has classes that suit my schedule perfectly.
Have you done anything different that has shown results? Keep me posted. Elaine
