Started 3/16/09 we didn't sign up for 1x 2x a week but 3x's a week.
Why Did We Start this Program:
Jodi: To Feel Better, To Be Stronger, Depression of Weight Gain, To Get Back into My Jeans.
5-1-09 This is the end of my 2nd Week in the 2nd time around and I am feeling Stronger, Better and Alert. Haven't weighted myself because just doing this to get stronger, healthier and active. Don't have the mindset to check up on weight loss right now. Just wanna show up and do what I am asked to do and everyone knows it is hard to show up when the weather breaks but we will be happy we did after the fact!
SO JUST SHOW UP JODI .. IT IS HALF THE BATTLE Because
"Eighty percent of success is showing up."
