Hey transformation contestants, Just wanted to wish you all the best. My name is Elaine and wanted to share some of the food changes I have implemented. I am trying to go for one ingredient foods, organic, 100% natural Steel cut oats. Better than regular oatmeal, but it takes about 1/2 hour to cook. I just make a big batch and reheat. The basic premise in burning body fat and losing weight is this – burn more calories than what you have consumed. The rules are not that simple though. Hi Everyone, I just started attending the morning bootcamp M,W,F at 0700. I enjoyed my first day and look forward to them. I like the style of workout so far. Javelyn How I Ended Up Here

I kinda feel like Oprah...minus the money. For crying out loud, I used to be a runway model in Cleveland and took great pride in my appearance.
