The basic premise in burning body fat and losing weight is this – burn more calories than what you have consumed. The rules are not that simple though. 11/29 My training

TOday's workout started off with front squats. 4x135 3x185 3x225 2x255 1x275 1x275 Took about 2 minutes in between each set Then moved into tri sets, but with 30 seconds between exercises 1.
