TOday's workout started off with front squats.

Took about 2 minutes in between each set
Then moved into tri sets, but with 30 seconds between exercises
1. Good Mornings, 6x135, 6x165, 6 x165
2.
Universal Strength Apparatus (USA) BW Rows x 12,10, 10
3. USA FLyes x 6, 7, 6
Finished with USA triceps extensions 1x 8
and then some wrist curls
Then moved back inside to finish the workout
4/4 KB x 50 1/2 turkish getups (Just the bottom portion)
4/4 x 40 " " " "
Ended with 1 set of situps on the GHR and 1 set of Reverse hypers on the GHR
