My name is Elaine and wanted to share some of the food changes I have implemented.
I am trying to go for one ingredient foods, organic, 100% natural
Steel cut oats. Better than regular oatmeal, but it takes about 1/2 hour to cook. I just
make a big batch and reheat.
All natural plain yogurt, mixed with blueberry and pomegranate trail mix.
All natural peanut butter, with celery sticks.
All natural almond butter on 100% whole wheat or grain toast.
Fresh zucchini from my garden, sauteed with a little EV oil, and topped with tbsp of low fat grated
mozzarella cheese.
